Our IDD Group Home provides a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive the around-the-clock support they need to live comfortably and with dignity.
Residents enjoy a true home atmosphere with structured daily routines, home-cooked meals, and recreational activities — all supported by experienced staff who know and care for each individual personally. We maintain low staff-to-resident ratios to ensure every person receives the attention and support they deserve.
Our structured daycare program offers a warm, engaging environment where individuals with IDD can learn, socialize, and grow during daytime hours. Each day is filled with purposeful activities tailored to individual abilities and interests.
Our program runs Monday through Friday, 8:00AM–4:00PM, and is designed for adults with IDD who benefit from structured daytime programming. Enrollment is individualized — we work with families and case managers to build a program plan that meets each person's unique goals and interests.
We believe every individual deserves to be an active, valued member of their community. Our Community Support services help individuals with IDD participate in local activities, build relationships, and experience the richness of community life.
Our Community Support staff accompany individuals to parks, restaurants, museums, grocery stores, sporting events, and anywhere else they want to go in Albuquerque — providing the right level of support to help each person engage confidently and safely with their community.
Our Supported Living services empower individuals with IDD to live as independently as possible in their own homes or community settings, with the right level of flexible support based on each person's unique needs and goals.
Individuals in Supported Living live in their own apartments or homes in the community. Our team works closely with each person — and their family — to develop personalized support plans that evolve as their skills and independence grow. Hours of support are customized to each person's needs.
