We're currently hiring for the following positions in Albuquerque, NM. All roles offer training and a supportive team environment.
Provide day-to-day personal care, skill-building, and companionship to residents in our group home. Shifts available mornings, evenings, and weekends. No prior experience required — we train!
Support structured daytime programming for adults with IDD — including activities, life skills, and community integration. Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:00PM.
Oversee daily operations of a group home, supervise DSP staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. Prior supervisory experience in a care setting preferred.
Accompany individuals with IDD on community outings, appointments, and social activities. Help build independence, social skills, and community connections. Valid driver's license required.
